Inquiry Privacy Policy
Draft for review · Version: 30 October 2026
What we collect and why
We collect your name, email address, treatment interest, optional short message, privacy consent and submission time to understand and reply to your inquiry. If your link identifies TikTok, Reddit, YouTube or Instagram, that channel name may be included. We do not collect full referral URLs through this form or automatically subscribe you to marketing.
How information is handled
The form submits to the CMB server for validation. When configured, Resend processes the inquiry as an email notification to the CMB business mailbox, currently intended to be chinamedicalbridge@gmail.com, hosted by Google Gmail. This entails processing by email providers and potentially outside your country. Processor terms, locations and transfer safeguards require human review before launch. If email is unavailable, the form returns an error; no inquiry database is maintained.
Security and submission checks
Please do not submit identification documents, detailed medical histories, images or records. There is no file upload. Temporary server request counters help limit spam. In the current single-process implementation, a hashed network identifier and attempt count expire after ten minutes. Hosting and email providers may process technical metadata under their own policies. Full messages and personal details are not intentionally written to application logs or sent to analytics systems.
Retention and deletion
Inquiries may remain in the business mailbox and email provider systems to allow a reply. The exact mailbox retention period, Resend retention settings, backup deletion timeline and deletion procedure are pending human review and must be finalized before launch; we do not promise a period that has not been established.
Your choices and contact
You can choose not to submit or contact CMB directly. To request access, correction, deletion, or withdraw consent to further processing, email chinamedicalbridge@gmail.com. Applicable rights, response timelines and any required exceptions must be confirmed for the operator’s jurisdiction. CMB provides navigation and coordination, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
